After more than two years of litigation on behalf of an international client the Court of Appeals has confirmed the termination of employment as justified. In its ruling the court has highlighted the significance of trust between an employee and an employer, as well as the exclusive unilateral rights of the employer to terminate the employment as laid down by the legislators.
