Our office managing partner and lawyer Ivo Klotiņš, together with lawyer Oskars Lipskis,  successfully carried out a reorganization process for public limited liability company with paid shared capital EUR 1 258 923.40.As a result, the company is joined and reorganized by the merger, adding it to limited liability company, which is one of the dominant publishing houses in Latvia and in the Baltics and on 2019 worked with a  EUR 12.774 million turnover.
