Attorney at law Antra Kalēja holds a professional law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia (year 2000). Antra has developed her professional skills by working at the Supreme Court of Latvia, as well as at the Property Department of the Riga City Council and as an in-house counsel of DINAZ, which is one of the largest Latvian companies operating in the oil product wholesale and retail market.
