Ivo Klotiņš and Björn Yrlid lecture at Riga Graduate School of Law

20151223_rgslAlready for the second year in a row KLOTINI SERGIS attorney and managing partner Ivo Klotiņš is lecturing atRiga Graduate School of Law in the framework of Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (Mediation) Course. Attorney Ivo Klotiņš has written thesis in international arbitration under the supervision of Professor Jan Ramberg – the first rector of Riga Graduate School of Law and a member of the International Arbitration Court of London, and in 2002 has graduated with merits from Riga Graduate School of Law.

This year the partner of the Swedish law firm Lindskog Malmström Advokatbyrå KB (EUROPEAN LAW FIRM) Björn Yrlid has also been invited to give lectures in the framework of this course. Björn Yrlid has almost 20 years of experience in arbitration, and in 2015 he received the prominent CEDR certificate of mediator. Students had the opportunity to learn about the mediation process, the role of a mediator, the legal framework for mediation and other related subjects.

The students of Riga Graduate School of Law in this academic year study Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution course from December of 2015 until January of 2016.
