An annual conference organized by JUREX (a member of the European Law Firm Alliance in Lithuania) covered business disputes in the transport sector.

Transport companies often face difficulties due to employees’ and business partners’ faulty actions. Reimbursement claims must be well justified.

Since the transport and logistics industry requires collaboration among many professionals, in the conference expertise and experience, was shared by IT specialists, lawyers, insurers, and entrepreneurs.

Along with KLOTINI SERGIS, in attendance was ELF members from Poland – Sarbiński & Sobczyk and Germany – Kärgel de Maizère & Partner also attended the conference.
