KLOTINI & SERGIS

was established on 1st July 1992 under the title ARGUMENTS and after reorganization it acquired its present title KLOTINI & SERGIS.
Four members of the Latvian Council of Sworn Attorneys are running the office. They are also the proprietors of the office.

We provide drafting of documents of incorporation and ensure registration of companies. Legal advice on establishing managing structures and on issues of distribution of representation powers is furnished.
