was established on 1st July 1992 under the title ARGUMENTS and after reorganization it acquired its present title KLOTINI & SERGIS.
Four members of the Latvian Council of Sworn Attorneys are running the office. They are also the proprietors of the office.

Attorney at law Laima Klotiņa

LAIMA KLOTIŅA has worked in the office for long years. Bringing deep sorrow to many she prematurely died on 27 March 2008. Prior to her attorney's practice she held investigators and prosecutors positions in the Prosecutor's office. She had also earned masters degree in law from the University of Latvia. Attorney-at-law Laima Klotiņa has shared the experience and knowledge with the colleagues who keep her in loving memory.
