KLOTINI & SERGIS

was established on 1st July 1992 under the title ARGUMENTS and after reorganization it acquired its present title KLOTINI & SERGIS.
Four members of the Latvian Council of Sworn Attorneys are running the office. They are also the proprietors of the office.

Attorney at law Varis Klotiņš

Attorney at law Varis Klotins has graduated with honors from the University of Latvia in 1977. Before starting attorney's work Varis has worked at the Procecutor's office for 5 years. He has been teaching criminal procedure at the University of Latvia for 22 years. From 2004 Varis is an active member of the Examination Board for the members of the Latvian Bar Association.

Attorney at law Pēteris Serģis

Attorney at law Peteris Sergis has received his master's degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Latvia. He has also graduated from the Faculty of Economics and holds the degree in economics. Peteris is actively participating in seminars and attending professional training courses in order to develop his legal skills and expand his knowledge in law and economics.

Attorney at law Ivo Klotiņš

Attorney at law Ivo Klotins has graduated with merits from Riga Graduate School of Law in 2002 and holds the degree of Master of International and European Law (LL.M). Ivo has obtained excellent knowledge in arbitration while working on his thesis in international arbitration under the supervision of professor Jan Ramberg – the first rector of Riga Graduate School of Law and a member of the International Arbitration Court of London.

Attorney at law Juris Balodis-Boluzs holds lawyer's qualification and second degree professional university education, as well as the degree of Master in Law.
